A Groundskeeper is responsible for maintaining outdoor spaces, ensuring they are clean, safe, and visually appealing through various landscaping and maintenance tasks.

Requirements

Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
Must be able to work a flexible work schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Must be able to lift to 50 lbs. on a regular basis, ability to push and pull carts and equipment.

Responsibilities

Landscape Maintenance : Mow lawns, trim hedges, plant flowers, and maintain gardens to ensure aesthetic appeal.
Cleaning Duties : Remove debris, trash, and litter from outdoor areas, including pathways, parking lots, and recreational spaces.
Equipment Operation : Safely operate power tools and machinery, such as lawn mowers, trimmers, and blowers.
Irrigation Management : Repair or replace irrigation systems and ensure proper watering of plants and lawns.
Seasonal Tasks : Assist with snow removal during winter months and prepare outdoor areas for seasonal change
Collaboration : Work with property managers or maintenance supervisors to address landscapig needs and report any maintenance concerns.
Perform any other job-related tasks as assigned.
