As the Groundskeeper, you are responsible for the overall upkeep and appearance of the apartment community. Our groundskeepers are essential team members that maintain the overall curb appeal of our communities. Requirements

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to liaise effectively with team members, leadership, and residents.
Outstanding organizational skills to manage multiple priorities, tasks, and deadlines efficiently.
A passion for chasing excellence and providing exemplary customer service.
Communicate effectively with residents and coworkers even in difficult situations.
Operating computers and other technological devices to access email, and company-utilized software.
Meet task deadlines as assigned

Nice To Haves

1 year of multi-family property management experience preferred.
Previous Groundskeeper experience preferred.
Landscaping or related fields encouraged to apply.
Previous experience working with a team to meet success.

Responsibilities

Maintain cleanliness of grounds, including parking lot, buildings, and all common areas.
Clean out vacated apartments.
Assist the Service Team with service requests as needed.
Address issues with landscaping and snow/ice removal.
Provides exemplary customer service to all residents proactively solving issues, and creating a warm and welcoming environment for all.
Maintains the physical condition of the property.
Utilizes hand tools and power tools to participate in upkeep.
Picks up debris and removes other objects from the property.
Responds to issues outside of normal work schedule when required.
Professional and timely responses to all work orders.
Follows all company policies and procedures.
Performs all other duties as assigned.
