About The Position

Dominium is seeking a motivated Groundskeeper to join their team at Stoneridge, a 256-unit apartment community in Pflugerville, TX. The Groundskeeper is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and appearance of the property. This role involves daily trash removal, cleaning around dumpsters, landscaping tasks such as raking, mulching, weeding, and watering, as well as snow and ice removal. The position also includes maintaining common areas by emptying trash, cleaning fixtures, carpets, and laundry rooms, and replenishing supplies. The Groundskeeper will use a digital device to manage work orders, inspections, and documentation, ensuring a safe work environment, reporting hazards, and complying with Fair Housing laws. Professional conduct, attendance at meetings, and assisting staff as needed are also expected.

Requirements

Ability to communicate in English orally and understand written and oral instructions.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions.
Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
May require a valid driver’s license, ability to drive a motor vehicle, mini-truck, under-speed vehicles (USV) and utility vehicles (UTV) and auto insurance depending on the property.

Responsibilities

Daily trash removal from all exterior areas.
Cleaning around dumpsters.
Landscaping tasks including raking, mulching, weeding, and watering.
Snow and ice removal per policy.
Maintaining common areas by emptying trash, cleaning fixtures, carpets, and laundry rooms.
Replenishing supplies in common areas.
Using a digital device to manage work orders, inspections, and documentation.
