About The Position

RADCO is seeking a Groundskeeper to join their incredibly talented team. The Groundskeeper plays a critical role in our onsite operations since the grounds are our first opportunity at making a great first impression. The Groundskeeper reports directly to the Maintenance Supervisor. They are adaptable, detail-oriented, take initiative, exhibit pride in their work, and work well with others. Valid driver’s license may be required based on property size and potential need for use of a golf cart.
Position requires individuals to furnish their own reliable transportation to fulfill the job’s functions.

Responsibilities

Responsible for physically walking the property frequently to remove all debris, trash, and pet droppings throughout the community.
Aware of property goals and the condition of the property and take immediate steps to address any issues, concerns, or unsafe conditions.
Perform routine preventive maintenance on all appropriate equipment as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor and the Property Manager.
Perform minor or routine maintenance or repairs, as directed.
Remove and transfer appliances and equipment to/from storage area to apartment as circumstances warrant and assist in moving abandoned furniture, appliances, etc. to dumpster.
Support Make Ready duties as needed, including but not limited to trash-out duties, repair appliances and light fixtures, and minor carpentry.
