About The Position

Beztak, a national Real Estate Development, Construction, and Property Management company, is seeking to hire a Per-Diem Groundskeeper to join their team. This position is responsible for the physical condition of the property and grounds, as well as installation of plant material on the community grounds.

Requirements

• High school diploma preferred
• Able to work flexible scheduled when needed
• Excellent time management skills
• Strong initiative

Responsibilities

• Maintaining the physical condition of common areas and grounds to ensure a clean, debris-free, and top-quality environment
• Assisting service team with requests to ensure service requests are handled in a timely manner
• Complies with company safety policy at all times
• Operating a company vehicle or personal vehicle to perform job duties. Must be willing and able to drive for work-related purposes
• Working in a high-pressure environment, interacting with difficult customers/vendors, handling urgent matters, resolving conflicts, having effective interpersonal skills
