Requirements

Good mechanical skills and a willingness to learn
Strong attention to detail and initiative

Good organizational habits and follow-through

Reliable transportation
A valid driver’s license
Ability to operate a golf cart

Responsibilities

Policing the grounds, including buildings, parking lots, sidewalks, dumpster areas, and landscaping
Removing trash and debris using tools like blowers, vacuums, and pressure washers
Performing minor landscaping tasks such as watering plants and flowers
Completing basic interior cleaning (mopping spills, dusting, washing fixtures)
Cleaning interior and exterior signage
Performing light maintenance tasks (changing light bulbs, plunging toilets, small repairs)
Reporting any hazardous conditions, emergencies, or unusual activity
Maintaining tools and equipment in good working condition
Delivering excellent customer service to residents and guests
Adhering to OSHA safety standards and using proper protective equipment
Ensuring all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard
