About The Position

The Groundskeeper maintains the grounds and common areas at Cason Estates Apartments. Duties include removing trash and litter, sweeping and pressure washing pathways and buildings, basic gardening and weeding, cleaning windows and common furniture, and performing general maintenance related to household, building, and grounds repairs. The role requires availability for on-call work during nights, weekends, and Company events, along with the physical ability to perform active work across varied terrain.

Requirements

• Ability to read, write, and speak English to communicate with customers, process Company paperwork, and interpret safety and operating manuals and procedures.
• Availability to work on-call during nights, weekends, and Company events.
• Ability to move, carry, reposition, or lift items weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to climb stairs, ladders, and scaffolds, and navigate elevation changes while maintaining balance.
• Ability to frequently sit, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, bend, push, and pull, and to navigate difficult terrain and access small areas.

Responsibilities
