About The Position

We are seeking a Groundskeeper/Porter to help maintain the property curb appeal. The ideal candidate enjoys working outdoors and has an eye for details. This position provides a great opportunity to learn and promote into a Maintenance Technician position. Must enjoy working with people and have a passion for customer service! Under the supervision and direction of the Community Manager, this position is responsible for ensuring the overall physical aspects of the community meet the established standards for safety and appearance of the community grounds.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• English language proficiency (read, speak and write)
• The ability to pass a full background check
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle is required

Responsibilities

• Work with landscapers to maintain the flower beds, plants and grass
• Pick up trash
• Remove Snow (as applicable)
• Inspect buildings and grounds for safety and cleanliness
• Completes exterior work orders
• Assist maintenance team with make-ready’s
