About The Position

Continental Properties is looking for a motivated and empowered Groundskeeper to join our team at our beautiful at our beautiful Springs at Sandstone Ranch residential apartment community in Longmont, CO. You will provide above and beyond customer service and an unmatched level of personal attention to residents. You will maintain the appearance of apartment communities and ensure new homes are ready for resident move-in by creating a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.

Requirements

  • Ability to operate basic equipment such as blowers, mowers, pressure washers, vacuums, etc.
  • Ability to work overtime and on call, and a non-traditional schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • You will need to use technology such as computers, tablets, telephone, and other office equipment to perform tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily upkeep and cleaning of property grounds, clubhouse, amenities, units, and all common areas
  • Help maintain landscaping including watering, planting, mulching, and pruning shrubs
  • Perform daily inspections of the community, ensuring it is litter free by removing trash and maintaining cleanliness of grounds, dumpster areas, pet stations, and other areas
  • Stock refreshments as needed in common areas
  • Help with pressure washing, storm clean-up and snow removal in winter
  • Provide direct support to your Service Supervisor
