About The Position

Farmington Country Club is looking for an experienced professional who enjoys working with plants and who believes in quality work and attention to detail to join the team of our Grounds Maintenance Department. This Groundskeeper position is responsible for supporting the goals and daily maintenance of the unique and beautiful Club grounds and special areas on the golf course with an emphasis on woody and herbaceous plant materials. Responsibilities include plant installation, general maintenance, pruning, pesticide application, and other related tasks. Responsibilities also include general activities such grounds cleanup, care and safe operation of hand tools and power equipment, inclement weather response, tasks that support the department goals and lifting up to 50 lbs. This is a hands-on, working position. Some holiday and weekend work is required.
