Requirements

High School Diploma/GED, or equivalent work experience demonstrating sound judgment and dependability, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from guests.
Ability to read and interpret documents, such as safety rules.
Ability to present information and respond to questions from employees and guests.
Ability to perform basic math skills.
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions (written, oral, etc.).
Possess a valid driver's license.
Walking 70% of the time.
Sitting 10% of the time.
Standing 10% of the time.
Climbing up heights in excess of 35 feet.
Lifting/moving maximum of 50 lbs.
Ability to see 20/20, color, and/or peripherally.

Responsibilities

Operates and maintains power equipment and vehicles in a safe manner, including pickup trucks, street sweepers, forklifts, scissor lifts, aerial lifts, leaf blowers, and power washers.
Picks up trash and empties trash receptacles around the property, including the parking garage.
Assists with site trash disposal and recycling programs, including maintenance of trash disposal areas.
Becomes an essential member of the casino snow removal team and must be available for ice and snow removal activities.
Assists with tasks related to roads or outside areas of the casino, such as installing signage, power washing exterior of buildings, parking garage walls and floors, and entrances.
Places stone and rocks in drainage areas and sets up stone landscape areas, as necessary.
Removes dead trees and limbs, clears brush and debris, as necessary.
Assists the maintenance team inside the buildings with repairs and maintenance to the casino, as necessary.
Assists with other activities or staff maintenance duties as directed by the management team.
