Requirements

Physically capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds.
Sharp eye for spotting trash, debris, or hazards and the ability to address them promptly.
Possess basic tools for the job, including pliers, a 6” crescent wrench, screwdriver, and hammer.
Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Possess a valid driver’s license and have access to a reliable, insured motor vehicle.
Bring a team-oriented mindset and a positive attitude to work each day.

Nice To Haves

Understand pool chemical requirements (knowledge preferred, but training can be provided).
Prior experience in groundskeeping or landscaping (preferred but not required).

Responsibilities

Keep common areas, walkways, and parking lots clean, safe, and free of debris or hazards.
Perform landscaping tasks, including watering flowerpots, ensuring irrigation coverage, and contributing to the overall beauty of the property.
Monitor and maintain recreational areas, pools, and playgrounds, ensuring they are safe and welcoming.
Collaborate with the maintenance team to assist with property repairs and report any issues or safety concerns.
Remove trash and cigarette butts with care, ensuring every corner of the property reflects LUMA’s high standards.
