Requirements
- Vocational or technical education or related experience.
- Must have a valid Florida Driver's license.
- Must have the ability to read, write and speak English.
- Must demonstrate a high level of professionalism and hospitality.
Responsibilities
- Maintaining lawns, flower beds, shrubs, trees, and walking paths in a residential, senior living, hospitality, and resort-style environment.
- Mowing, edging, pruning, mulching, planting, watering, fertilizing, and seasonal landscape care.
- Create and maintain a clean, attractive, and welcoming outdoor appearance with strong attention to curb appeal.
- Safely operate equipment such as mowers, trimmers, edgers, blowers, hedge trimmers, and irrigation tools.
- Identify and report safety hazards such as uneven sidewalks, debris, poor lighting.
- Routine outdoor cleaning, trash removal, troubleshooting.
