Temp Property Management Company seeks a reliable Groundskeeper\Porter\Maintenance responsible for maintaining the grounds and building property.
Requirements
- Clear background check as it relates to building
- Demonstrated ability to understand and carry out both verbal and written instructions and directions
- Works well with others
Responsibilities
- Grounds keeping, lawns around walks, flower beds, and walls.
- Cleans grounds of debris and removes litter from around dumpsters, empty trash.
- Trashout out in support of make ready prepartions.
- Pressure washing and painting, occasionally.
- Assist with pool, spa, gym and hot tub areas.
- Interact with tenants and support the management team.
