Requirements

Vocational or technical education or related experience.
Must have a valid Florida Driver's license.
Must have the ability to read, write and speak English.
Must demonstrate a high level of professionalism and hospitality.

Responsibilities

Maintaining lawns, flower beds, shrubs, trees, and walking paths in a residential, senior living, hospitality, and resort-style environment.
Mowing, edging, pruning, mulching, planting, watering, fertilizing, and seasonal landscape care.
Create and maintain a clean, attractive, and welcoming outdoor appearance with strong attention to curb appeal.
Safely operate equipment such as mowers, trimmers, edgers, blowers, hedge trimmers, and irrigation tools.
Identify and report safety hazards such as uneven sidewalks, debris, poor lighting.
Routine outdoor cleaning, trash removal, troubleshooting.
