About The Position

This role is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of the exterior grounds, parking garage, and elevators of the property. Duties include debris removal, cleaning, and ensuring safety during winter months.

Responsibilities

• Pick up all debris on the exterior of the property.
• Maintain the cleanliness of all areas of the parking garage.
• Ensure all outside grounds of the property are maintained.
• Clean elevators by wiping down walls, cleaning tracks, and replacing light bulbs.
• Clean trash out of the moat and maintain proper chemical levels.
• In the winter months, maintain entrances with ice melt products and scrape the parking lot when necessary.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
