About The Position
We are seeking a Groundskeeper to join our team at Aventon Victory. This role is responsible for maintaining the appearance and operational standards of the community. The Groundskeeper will ensure the overall cleanliness and curb appeal of the grounds, amenities, building exteriors, leasing office, parking lots, and other common areas. This position also involves assisting with the preparation of vacant apartments for new residents and completing resident service requests as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Maintenance Supervisor in completing tasks that ensure the community meets appearance and operational standards.
- Responsible for the overall cleanliness and curb appeal of the community including grounds, amenities, building exteriors and leasing office, parking lots and other common areas of the community.
- Assist in the preparation of vacant apartments for move-in by new residents, and in completing resident requests for service as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor.
