GENERAL SUMMARY: The Groundskeeper is responsible for the overall ground maintenance of Sinai Residences of Boca Raton.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED required.
Basic computer knowledge and experience.

Nice To Haves

Three years of experience in grounds maintenance is preferred.

Responsibilities

Maintaining all lawns, trees, gardens, shrubbery, and plants.
Maintains all parking areas.
Installs and maintains exterior signs.
Pathway repairs (Trip Hazards)
Able to use and maintain all associated equipment and machinery.
Assists residents with gardening on patios and weeding.
Cleans all exterior windows and doors.
Caring for interior foliage plants when needed.
Exterior trash removal to include all courtyards and health center areas as well.
Replace exterior and parking deck lights with the help of plant ops.
Assists Maintenance team as needed with projects time allowing.
Maintains irrigation systems.
Attendance is essential to this job. Must also maintain dependability and punctuality as outlined in the Attendance policy.
Trash Compactors.
Restriping of parking areas
Maintain all Green roofs
Courtyards to include tables and chairs
