About The Position

Woodbend Apartments is seeking a Part Time Groundskeeper to join their team. This role is responsible for maintaining the overall cleanliness and curb appeal of the apartment community. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working outdoors and performing hands-on tasks, with a willingness to assist in various property maintenance needs. This position supports the day-to-day upkeep of the property, ensuring a clean and well-maintained environment for residents and visitors.

Requirements

• Previous working experience in grounds and/or custodial work is preferred.
• A desire to be outdoors and working hands-on the majority of the day.
• A desire and ability to learn and grow on the job.
• Willingness to pitch in for all aspects of property maintenance where needed.
• Valid Driver's License is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining the overall cleanliness and curb appeal of the apartment community.
• Walking the property to pick up trash.
• Sweeping breezeways.
• Cleaning common areas.
• Assisting with vacant apartment clean-outs.
• Performing light maintenance tasks as needed.
• Supporting the day-to-day upkeep of the property.
