About The Position

The Neighborhood Porter role is an entry-level opportunity focused on providing a true sense of home and belonging for residents. This position is responsible for the cleanliness, physical appearance, and curb appeal of the neighborhoods, ensuring residents feel at home, well-cared for, and proud to live there. The role offers a dynamic daily experience with opportunities for problem-solving and growth within a supportive team environment.

Requirements

Ability to perform each essential duty quickly and efficiently without supervisor.
Ability to function effectively in a customer service environment.
Ability to communicate and understand the primary languages used in the workplace including, but not limited to, English in order to maintain safety in the workplace and serve internal and external customers.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written or oral form.
Regularly required to use hands to handle or feel, to reach with arms, and to talk or hear.
Requires standing, climbing, balancing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, listening, and visual acuity.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
