Aramark Facilities Management is seeking a reliable, hardworking Groundskeeper to support the beautiful outdoor spaces at the Franklin Lakes School District. Requirements

Valid non-commercial driver's license
Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Ability to safely operate or learn to operate landscaping equipment
Ability to perform physical work including lifting, bending, walking, standing, pushing, and pulling

Responsibilities

Maintain and enhance school district grounds, ensuring all outdoor areas remain safe, clean, and visually appealing throughout the year.
Grass cutting and lawn maintenance
Weed whacking and edging
Leaf blowing and seasonal cleanup
Pruning shrubs, bushes, and trees
Planting flowers, shrubs, and landscape materials
Assisting with event setup and outdoor preparations
Operating landscape equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, hedge trimmers, and other grounds maintenance tools
Cleaning and maintaining sidewalks, parking lots, and common outdoor areas
Supporting seasonal responsibilities including snow and ice removal when required
Performing minor maintenance on groundskeeping equipment
Following all safety policies and reporting equipment issues promptly
