About The Position
Lakeview Village is a continuing care retirement community seeking a Groundskeeper. This role is responsible for the care and maintenance of the grounds at Lakeview Village, ensuring the community remains an aesthetically pleasing and desirable place to live. The position contributes to providing a “maintenance free” outdoors for the residents.
Requirements
- Current, unrestricted, valid driver's license
- Must be 18 years of age or older due to Federal Regulations on certain equipment used in this position
- Possesses an empathetic approach to the elderly
- Able to work in a team setting with residents, relatives, staff, and others
- Able to meet the physical demands of the job
Nice To Haves
- GED or High School Graduation Preferred
