Requirements
- 1+ year of groundskeeping or landscaping experience
- Experience operating landscaping equipment
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to work outdoors in all conditions
- Weekend and on-call availability required
Nice To Haves
- CPO certification preferred
Responsibilities
- Keep grounds looking sharp with mowing, trimming, edging, and seasonal upkeep
- Maintain cleanliness of all exterior areas, including walkways, breezeways, common areas, and trash enclosures
- Identify and address cleanliness and safety issues promptly to ensure a well-kept and welcoming environment
- Support property curb appeal through proactive care and improvement
