Requirements

Previous experience in landscaping, groundskeeping, or outdoor maintenance roles preferred.
Knowledge of plants, trees, irrigation practices, and outdoor maintenance techniques.
Ability to operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools safely and effectively.
Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor tasks including lifting, bending, walking, and working outdoors for extended periods.
Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Flexibility to work outdoors in various weather conditions and adapt to changing priorities.
Basic knowledge of safety procedures and best practices related to groundskeeping and outdoor maintenance.
Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays as business needs require.
Positive attitude with a commitment to maintaining high standards and creating exceptional guest experiences.
