About The Position
Facilities Management Systems (FMS), a company of The Nutrition Group that operates custodial and maintenance management programs for local school districts, is hiring a full-time, daytime Groundskeeper at a local K–12 school district. The schedule is Tuesday through Saturday. Duties may include landscaping, grounds and field maintenance, trash pickup, and setup and teardown for district sporting events, along with other assigned tasks.
Requirements
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to lift 40 lbs.
- Must obtain clearances and pass criminal background checks.
Responsibilities
- Perform landscaping, cut grass, and weed whack.
- Maintain the grass football field and baseball fields.
- Pick up trash.
- Set up and tear down for district sporting events.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
