About The Position
Helps maintain the grounds of the various Hospital properties following a planned grounds maintenance program. Helps monitor hospital properties for their irrigation, fertilization and pest control needs. Works with Lead to maintain a scheduled pressure washing regiment on hospital properties. Maintains landscaping tools and equipment and orders supplies as needed.
Requirements
- Experience working in the landscaping/grounds care field (primarily in grounds maintenance of large resort or institutional properties).
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with computers and related software (Windows Operating Systems).
- Familiarity with codes applicable to field and industry.
- Irrigation system maintenance / repair experience.
- Proficiency in written and verbal communication.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Working knowledge of hand tools pertinent to trade(s).
- Three (3) years of experience, preferably in large plant operations.
