About The Position

We are looking for a someone who loves to work outdoors, who is highly motivated, and detail oriented to join our team as a Groundskeeper! In this role, you will play a key part in creating a world-class experience for our guests! You will perform routine labor involved in grounds maintenance and construction, and related work. You will be working closely with different members of our team, so you will need to be quick on your feet and have an engaging attitude. If working outdoors, making meaningful connections, figuring out what it takes and stepping it up to win the day is what you do, and you love it, we want you! Requirements

Someone with excellent communication skills
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Grounds or landscaping experience preferred.
Ability to walk, stand, reach, crouch, bend, push/pull throughout duration of shift.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

Maintain the exterior aesthetics, safety, and cleanliness of the property.
Operate powered equipment in specified areas.
Clean parking lot and walkways.
Waters plants and mulch plant beds.
Performs routine maintenance and cleaning.
Performs a variety of labor duties including trash removal, trimming, edging, pruning, pressure washing, minimum painting
Clean outdoor furniture and ensure public areas are pristine.
Participate as support staff on any special projects.
Report all abnormalities such as damage disease, insects, debris, etc.
Support other departments as needed and as opportunities arise.
Assist in all housekeeping duties of the Maintenance facility.
