About The Position
This is a part-time Groundskeeper position focused on maintaining the grounds of the Owens Community College campus. The role involves performing various groundskeeping tasks to ensure a clean and well-maintained environment. Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.)
- One year of experience in grounds maintenance.
- Knowledge of and safe operation of job-related equipment such as trimmers, blowers and lawn mowers.
- Safe operation of power equipment.
- The ability and competence to run power equipment safely.
- Must be a good communicator both written and oral.
- Must work well with others.
Responsibilities
- Perform grounds keeping tasks such as line trimming, mulching, clean up, litter control and weed removal around the campus grounds.
