About The Position

Pick up all debris on the exterior of the property, maintain the cleanliness of all areas of the parking garage, and ensure all outside grounds of the property are maintained. Clean elevators by wiping down walls, cleaning tracks, and replacing light bulbs. Clean trash out of the moat and maintain proper chemicals. In the winter months, maintain entrances with ice melt products and scrape the parking lot when necessary. Additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Ability to physically maneuver throughout the resort and in assigned work area(s) to meet job function requirements as described.
• Lift, carry, push, or drag items of up to 70 lbs. (supplies, equipment, trash & receptacles)
• Must be able to read and understand all safety labeling and precautions
• Flexible to work various shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Must be able to work independently
• Must have Valid Driver’s License.
• Ability to uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations and recognize standards required by a regulated business.

Nice To Haves

• Prior professional cleaning/grounds experience preferred
