About The Position

As a Groundskeeper, you will sustain the cleanliness and quality of the property by cleaning assigned areas and providing exceptional customer service. Requirements

One year experience as a Porter in property management or a similar position
Knowledge of basic property cleaning and maintenance
Valid Driver’s License
Criminal Background Check
Non-DOT Testing
MVR

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or equivalent, preferred

Responsibilities

Inspect and maintain the property, buildings and equipment.
Ensure the grounds, buildings and units are fully functional, safe and attractive.
Clean and remove all trash, obstacles and debris from the community.
Maintain pool and equipment on a regular schedule.
