We currently searching for Groundskeeper candidates for Rock Creek Apartments in Rockville, MD.

Requirements

High School Diploma / GED
2+ years of grounds experience preferred
Multifamily experience preferred

Responsibilities

Cleaning grounds on a continual, daily basis
Responsible for the exterior curb appeal
To report any physical damage or concerns about the exterior to the Community Manager
Light maintenance improvements as necessary to the physical property
Help create and maintain at all times a company direction designed to develop loyalty, team spirit and unity of all Envolve employees
To work with Manager and leasing personnel to determine high visibility areas with special landscaping needs
To assist office staff with special leasing programs involving the exterior of the grounds of the property
To recommend and implement improvements to the physical exterior which benefit marketing and leasing
To assist residents with special requests
To demonstrate ability to resolve physical problems for the community
Other duties as assigned, which employee is capable of performing
