Requirements
- Full-Time employment
- Must successfully complete a pre-hire health assessment and drug screen prior to beginning employment.
Responsibilities
- All aspects of the landscape architecture and work to maintain the highest quality appearance of all exterior property.
- Keeping our exterior environment, grounds, landscaping, walkways and parking areas in a clean, safe and physically appealing manner.
- Understands and follows MSDS and label hazards for chemicals and insecticides/pesticides.
- Maintains strict confidentiality of all resident and employee information required of this position.
