About The Position

TradeWinds features two destination resorts just 200 flip flops from one another along the gorgeous Gulf Coast on St. Pete Beach, a Top-Ranked US Beach. Ensure property is swept and all man made items are removed, also trash cans emptied and cleaned and put back where it belongs.

- Ability to lift 50 pounds
Responsibilities
- Make sure the property is presentable to the guest
- Check all trash cans, ash trays emptied and cleaned
- Inspect and clean main lobby area
- Check all pool areas ensuring it is clean and presentable
- Check waterway for trash
- Performs other duties as assigned
