About The Position

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Groundskeeper to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of our outdoor spaces. This role involves daily cleaning, trash removal, minor landscaping, and general upkeep to ensure a safe and welcoming environment. The ideal candidate is proactive, able to work independently, and committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
On-the-job training provided for equipment use and safety.
Basic knowledge of grounds maintenance and landscaping.
Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending and standing for extended periods.
Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
Good communication skills for reporting and coordination.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic knowledge of safety practices and equipment use.

Responsibilities

Perform daily cleaning and litter removal of exterior grounds.
Sweep sidewalks, parking areas, garage elevator landings and stairwells, and building entryways.
Power wash sidewalks, entryways and parking lots as needed.
Empty outdoor trash and recycling bins.
Conduct minor landscaping tasks such as trimming and watering.
Inspect grounds for hazards and report maintenance needs.
Check garage fire hose/fire extinguisher equipment.
Change lightbulbs in garage as needed.
Maintain cleaning and landscaping equipment.
Follow safety procedures and use Personal Protective Equipment.
