About The Position

This is a 12-week summer seasonal position where the Groundskeeper will play a key role in delivering an Edge at Every Stage—creating communities our residents are proud to call home. This position is a great way to gain experience in property management, build new skills, and be part of a team that lives out the LUMA Playbook every day. Strong performers may have the opportunity to grow with us beyond the summer. The Groundskeeper will help keep communities clean, welcoming, and vibrant.

Requirements

• Reliable attendance and strong punctuality
• Enjoy working outdoors in the Texas summer heat and varying weather conditions
• Physically able to lift, bend, walk stairs, and stand for extended periods
• Bring a positive attitude and customer-service mindset when interacting with residents
• Can follow instructions and also work independently to complete tasks
• Strong attention to detail and take pride in cleanliness
• Maintain a flexible schedule, including weekends if needed
• Follow safety procedures and company standards at all times

Responsibilities

• Enhance curb appeal by removing trash, debris, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the property
• Clean common areas, including breezeways, walkways, and amenity spaces
• Assist the service team with daily tasks and community needs
• Help maintain pool and outdoor areas (training provided if needed)
• Identify and report any safety concerns or maintenance needs
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
