About The Position
American Communities is a family-owned real estate company dedicated to creating clean, welcoming apartment communities that residents are proud to call home. The Groundskeeper is responsible for maintaining the property's curb appeal, cleanliness, and overall appearance.
Requirements
- Groundskeeping, landscaping, janitorial, or maintenance experience preferred.
- Ability to work outdoors and perform physical labor.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain grounds, common areas, and amenities.
- Assist with landscaping, seasonal upkeep, and exterior lighting.
- Respond to resident requests and report safety concerns.
- Follow OSHA and company safety standards.
- Assist with painting, apartment make-readies, and other maintenance tasks as needed.
