FT Groundskeeper
About The Position
Moosehaven is seeking a Full-time Groundskeeper, working 40 hours per week, to join their team. The ideal candidate should be dependable, enjoy working with people, be comfortable using a computer, and possess a valid Florida driver's license. This role is responsible for providing high-quality groundskeeping services to ensure a safe, functional, and welcoming environment for residents, staff, and visitors, demonstrating a strong commitment to Moosehaven's vision, mission, and goals while modeling the organization's culture of caring. The position is located on a beautiful 67-acre resort-style retirement community on the banks of the St. John's river in Orange Park, Florida.
Requirements
- Must pass a level II background check
- Must pass a drug screen
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Valid Florida driver's license required
- Vision abilities include close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception, and focus adjustment
- Dependable
- Likes to work with people
- Comfortable using the computer
