Porter/Groundskeeper
About The Position
First Pointe Management Group (FPMG) specializes in acquiring and developing distinctive properties. Our hands on management approach, professionalism and diverse portfolio enables us to create a unique position in the industry. Our in-house training department educates our new employees from the very beginning of their journey and ongoing with both in-person and web-based training allowing us to develop the most talented associates in the industry. We are currently searching for a friendly, energetic Part Time Groundskeeper for our 157 unit apartment community located in Rocklin, CA. This position requires you: assist with light painting projects, de-web corners, power-wash areas in need, daily cleaning of common areas, and representing FPMG proudly by providing excellent customer service to our residents!
Requirements
- Six months of prior work experience in any field
- Ability to read, write and communicate in English
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic computer skills: Internet and email
- Possess a “whatever it takes” mentality
- Must be reliable and dependable
Responsibilities
- Assist with light painting projects
