About The Position

As a Part Time Groundskeeper, you work closely with the Community Service Manager to ensure the community meets the safety, appearance, and operational standards established by the company. You are responsible for maintaining the property's curb appeal through interior and exterior painting, drywall repair, paint touch-ups, and grounds maintenance. Assisting with apartment make-readies, common area upkeep, and other maintenance tasks while delivering quality workmanship and exceptional customer service is essential. Requirements

• 1-3 years of painting and maintenance experience required (apartment maintenance experience preferred)
• Have at least a high school education or equivalent certification.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver’s license (free from major moving violations) and dependable transportation
