About The Position

We are seeking a dependable Groundskeeper / Facility Maintenance Associate to support the upkeep and appearance of our manufacturing facility. This position offers a variety of responsibilities throughout the year, with outdoor work during the warmer months and indoor facility maintenance during the winter season.

Requirements

• Previous groundskeeping, landscaping, maintenance, or general labor experience preferred
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Comfortable using lawn care equipment and hand tools
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
• Willingness to perform both outdoor and indoor maintenance tasks throughout the year

Responsibilities

• Mow grass and maintain landscaping areas
• Trim bushes, shrubs, and weeds
• Collect litter and debris around the property
• Maintain parking lots, sidewalks, and outdoor common areas
• Assist with seasonal outdoor projects and facility appearance
• Operate landscaping equipment and basic power tools
• Perform general facility maintenance and upkeep
• Assist with painting projects throughout the facility
• Support minor repair and improvement projects
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Move materials, supplies, and equipment as needed
• Perform other maintenance-related duties assigned by management
