Requirements

At least 6 months of related experience
Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
Knowledge of grounds maintenance and basic building trades
Ability to operate hand and power tools
Ability to lift and manipulate heavy objects
Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude

Nice To Haves

Work may be performed on rooftops and require use of ladders or lift devices
Work environment involves some exposure to hazards or physical risks, which require following basic safety precautions

Responsibilities

Maintain landscaping by mowing, raking, watering, weeding, trimming, and laying sod
Pick up and dispose of litter and trash throughout the property
Clean and maintain common areas and grounds
Perform non-technical maintenance on plumbing, electrical, and appliances
Assist with make-ready tasks including painting, drywall repair, and general carpentry
Ensure proper care and maintenance of tools, equipment, and supplies
Perform other duties as assigned
