About The Position
The Groundskeeper performs routine and preventative maintenance for the safety and cleanliness of the property's exterior. The position ensures a safe, quality resort experience that improves guest satisfaction.
Requirements
- High school diploma, or equivalent.
- Prior Maintenance experience.
Nice To Haves
- Certification from technical school.
Responsibilities
- Trash removal from all exterior receptacles.
- Collect all trash and debris from the grounds.
- Water all plants, trees, and shrubs on the property.
- Daily care of all plants, flowers, trees, and shrubs on property.
- Daily sand removal and grading.
- Daily exterior window washing.
- Daily washing of outdoor furniture.
- Respond promptly to elevator breakdowns.
- Respond to and resolve maintenance service requests in a courteous, efficient, safe manner.
- Practice safe work habits and comply with sanitary, safety, security, and emergency procedures.
- All guests must be treated in a manner to ensure their complete satisfaction. Always strive to exceed guests’ expectations.
- Performs other duties as directed.
- Weekly attendance at Aloha Culture Meeting.
