As a Groundskeeper/Maintenance Worker
at Hearthstone you will be responsible
for:

Responsibilities

• All aspects of the landscape architecture and work to maintain the highest quality appearance of all exterior property.
• Keeping our exterior environment, grounds, landscaping, walkways and parking areas in a clean, safe and physically appealing manner.
• Complete renovations in apartments and other general community grounds.
• Complete maintenance work orders in a timely and professional manner.
• Complete preventative maintenance on equipment as assigned.
• Understands and follows MSDS and label hazards for chemicals and insecticides/pesticides.
• Maintains strict confidentiality of all resident and employee information required of this position.
