About The Position

StoneCreek Communities, awarded 2026 Property Management Company of the Year by the St. Louis Apartment Association, is seeking a Groundskeeper/Porter for their OakBrook Walk community in Gainesville, FL. Requirements

Experience in custodial including exterior grounds pickup and common area amenities
Apartment community experience
Ability to regularly walk, stand, bend, stoop, kneel, climb stairs, and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Ability to lift and carry materials and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
Ability to safely operate maintenance equipment.
Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks for extended periods.

Nice To Haves

Experience in pool cleaning preferred
CPO preferred

Responsibilities

Efficiently maintain the physical appearance of the apartment community
Walk the grounds and common areas removing litter and debris from grounds, parking areas, sidewalks, and amenities
Duties may include the use of a power washer and cleaning or vacuuming pool
Participate in other tasks and activities as assigned including some minor maintenance
Reliable transportation to and from work
Maintain a high level of customer service
A positive attitude and strong work ethic
