Groundskeeper/Maintenance Assistant - Ridgeview Apartments

As a key member of our property maintenance team at Ridgeview Apartment Homes (a premier class A 300-unit garden-style community) in Austin, TX, you will be responsible for ensuring the property maintains exceptional curb appeal by keeping the grounds and buildings clean and properly maintained. You will also assist in lawn and landscape maintenance, including sprinkler repair/adjustment, snow removal from walkways, and assisting maintenance team members with apartment make-readies such as painting and touch-up. Delivering superior customer service and exemplifying professionalism at all times is crucial.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of basic maintenance and/or general labor experience preferred
- Strong customer service orientation required
Responsibilities
- Ensuring your property maintains exceptional curb appeal by keeping the grounds and buildings clean and properly maintained
- Assisting in lawn and landscape maintenance including repair/adjustment of sprinklers
- Removing snow from walkways
- Assisting maintenance team members with apartment make-readies including painting and touch-up
- Delivering superior customer service and exemplifying professionalism at all times
