Requirements

Ability to endure fluctuations in temperatures as working conditions require constant outdoor work
Ability to respond to business needs after normal business hours.
Ability to work well independently as well as on a team
Must be able to lift at least 25 lbs
Valid Drivers license with a clean driving record
COVID-19 Vaccination Card

Responsibilities

Maintain Dealership Property
Picks up trash/debris from common areas as well as parking lots daily.
Empty common area trash containers as needed
Safely operates vehicles & other equipment for the purpose of performing job duties
Other duties and special projects as assigned
