Maintaining safe and debris free walkways, to include parking lots and sidewalks, by removal of snow or trash. Hang and remove holiday lights, seasonally. Staff may be asked to drive a variety of vehicles such as riding mower or golf cart so a valid Driver’s License is required.

Responsibilities
- Prune trees, bushes, shrubs.
- Routinely monitor property to pick up trash and other debris.
- Assure snow is removed from parking lots, sidewalks, and outdoor lodge steps.
- Treat parking lots, sidewalks and outdoor lodge steps with deicer/salt as needed.
- Provide other departments with deicer/salt as needed.
- Chop, cut and split wood; stack for use in the fireplace of the hotel lobby.
- Seasonally, hang and remove lights utilizing ladders and high lift buckets.
- Assist with grounds needs for the golf course
- Assist other departments as needed for special projects; moving furniture, etc.
