About The Position

Great Escapes RV Resorts is a growing company specializing in acquisition, development, and management of RV Resorts throughout the United States. Requirements

• Proven experience as maintenance technician.
• Basic understanding of electrical, hydraulic, and other systems.
• Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods.
• Working knowledge of tools, common appliances, and devices.
• Manual dexterity and problem-solving skills.
• Good physical condition and strength with a willingness to work overtime.

Nice To Haves

• Experience driving large tractors is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and maintain recreation facilities and equipment.
• Mowing, weed-wicking, weeding, etc. required.
• Maintain a planned maintenance program to ensure that sites and services continue operation without interruption and to the required standards.
• Check and balance chemicals in the pool.
• Removal of trash and preparation of campsites for new guests.
• Other Job Duties as assigned.
• Possess exceptional guest relations skills.
