About The Position

Northwest Center is seeking Grounds Workers for a full-time role in Downtown Seattle. This position offers flexibility, competitive compensation, benefits, and career growth opportunities. The Grounds Worker will be engaged in landscape maintenance tasks, including mowing, edging, weeding, pruning, and operating power equipment. Requirements

• Valid Drivers License
• The ability to work independently and self-motivate
• Able to lift & carry up to 50lbs on a regular basis
• Punctual with Good Attendance
• The ability to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions
• Acceptable 5-year driving record

Nice To Haves

• Work experience in landscape maintenance is preferred
