Requirements

Ability to perform the physical requirements of the position (lift, stand, stoop, crouch, sit).
Ability to work outdoors for long periods of time in various weather conditions.
Prior experience operating lawn care equipment.
Reliable with the ability to perform routine tasks with little to no supervision.
Valid SC driver's license with clean driving record.
Attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

Some irrigation experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Mow lawns, trim and prune bushes and trees, and edge walkways to maintain a neat and manicured appearance.
Plant, water, fertilize, and apply treatments to lawns and gardens to promote healthy growth.
Operate and maintain landscaping equipment safely and efficiently.
Assist in maintaining recreational areas and other outdoor spaces.
Follow safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies at all times.
Collaborate with team members to ensure grounds are consistently well-maintained and meet quality standards.
Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment by upholding the company’s core values.
